      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct intake with patients, measuring and recording vital signs, medical history, and performing routine screenings
      - Engage with patients to ensure their needs and changing conditions are reported to the primary care provider and clinical personnel
      - Process patient phone messages, including returning calls and routing them to appropriate team members
      - Perform first aid procedures, such as changing dressings and applying bandages, under physician supervision
      - Provide health coaching to a defined group of patients to support healthy lifestyle choices through regular follow-up calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) required
      - Must be bilingual and able to pass a formal proficiency exam
      - Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Medical Assistant
      - 6+ months' phlebotomy experience is highly desired
      - BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus
      - Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program or comparable healthcare vocational training
      - Proficiency in EClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems
      - Familiarity with claims/quality reports and analytical software packages
      - Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
