What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the planning and delivery of academic programs, including internship opportunities
- Develop and manage student services, visas, orientations, and safety protocols
- Lead and manage all center staff and faculty, ensuring program quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
- Manage financial, legal, and operational aspects of the center
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within study abroad or higher education
- Master's degree required, Ph.D. preferred
- Strong leadership, team-building, and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and cultures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience in Taipei
- Familiarity with U.S. and local academic institutions
- Experience in developing and managing budgets
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and cost-effectively
