As the Learning Center Manager (aka Center Director), you will work to maintain a successful, high-paced, and fun learning environment for our students and families.Why Work with Us:At Mathnasium of Lake Forest, we're passionate about both our students and our employees!We set ourselves apart by providing Assistant Center Directors with:A rewarding leadership opportunity to transform the lives of Kinder-12th grade studentsConsistent, part and full-time hours after school and on weekendsA fun, supportive, and encouraging work cultureOpportunities for advancementContinuous training on education, sales, and management best practicesAll necessary curriculum and instructional toolsIf you are driven, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet you!Responsibilities:Center Directors will support our Center Manager in 5 key areas:Student assessments and consultations Identify students' strengths and areas of discomfortCreate customized learning plans for individual needsDiscuss goals and solutions with parents and studentsAssist in the family enrollment processDeveloping and maintaining strong parent relationships Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, behaviors, and lessonsBe friendly and sociable with familiesDeveloping and training instructional staff Assist in hiring and training instructorsIdentify team strengths and weaknesses and make necessary adjustmentsMaintaining center expectations and quality Hold team members accountable for performanceEnsure set expectations are metMeasuring center performance through KPIs Analyze reports and implement improvementsRequirements:Full-Time CDs must be available a minimum of 5 days per week (including weekends)Maintain an average of 35-40 hours per weekComplete an employment math assessment to evaluate math skillsQualifications:Passion for math and working with studentsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to foster teamwork and handle leadership responsibilitiesEagerness to learn and be trainedStrong math skills through at least Algebra IProficiency in computer skillsBachelor's Degree preferred, in business, education, or related fieldManagement or leadership experience preferredMandarin/Korean bilingual skills preferred but not requiredAdditional benefits include Performance Bonus, Team Bonus, Profit Sharing, PTO, Sick Pay, Healthcare, 401k, Employee Discount, with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 annually.We are an equal opportunity employer.
