      As the Center Ops Supervisor, COS, you will be responsible for the daily operational support of the center. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure the highest standards of excellence in the execution and delivery of or everyday operations.

      Responsibilities

      What you will do:

      • Greet our families and staff
      • Answer calls and receive mail
      • Assist with maintaining the center schedule
      • Central Reach upkeep
      • Payroll support
      • Authorizations management
      • Facility upkeep
      • Administrative support for our clinical team in the training, mentorship, and supervision of our employees

      Qualifications

      • Business or healthcare administrative or operational experience is preferred
      • High School diploma or general education degree (GED), AND 1+ years related experience or training in an operational support role preferred
