      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the procurement of insurance authorizations for procedures and post-operative care
      - Validate and educate ordering physician offices to ensure successful authorizations
      - Gather and distribute feedback from coding, billing, and denial management teams to improve processes
      - Serve as a centralized resource for specialty areas across various practice sites
      - Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance workflow and patient satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of related experience or training
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a medical clinic or corporate setting, with strong computer literacy
      - Two years of experience in healthcare insurance verification and/or billing
      - Knowledge of coding and clinical terminology, and the ability to interpret treatment plans
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional coursework in business, computers, or healthcare administration
      - Experience in a medical or surgical specialty clinic
      - Current knowledge of hospital operations, utilization management, and managed care reimbursement
      - Understanding of revenue cycle processes, including billing and coding
      - Strong analytical skills and experience in data management
