      Description

As a Central Coordinator, you are an integral member of the Central Ministries teams. The Central Coordinator is responsible for working closely with leadership to ensure the Central ministries thrive in an organized and efficient manner across locations. This position will be tasked with providing critical administrative support while ensuring that all logistics, communication, and resources are effectively managed for the benefit of students, parents, and volunteers.

      Who We Are

Our Connection Pointe Staff Team is a unified group of imperfect people who tirelessly work to connect people to a saving relationship with Jesus and life changing relationships with each other. As individuals we have a personal relationship with Christ and are committed to the vision of Connection Pointe Christian Church.

      How We Lead

      • We give ministry away: as staff we are always looking for faithful volunteers who can step up into roles that allow us to expand and replicate ourselves. We look for leaders who can lead leaders.
      • We work hard and prioritize our families: with the exception of Easter, Christmas and other “all hands” pushes, we work 5 days a week and have an extended two-day sabbath from Friday through Saturday for weekend required employees that allows us to leave work at work and be with our families.
      • We are always improving: we seek new ways of connecting people to Jesus and each other. We are always asking “How could we make this experience or environment better?”
      • We are customer first: we seek world class customer experiences that meet people in their mess and surpass expectations.
      • We find a way: we cut through red tape, relentlessly seeking to serve the people in our care with grace, perseverance and courage. There is always a way, we just have to find it.
      • We assume the best and fight for unity

      How You’ll Succeed

      • Support Central Ministry Leads in ministry planning and communications including emails, phone calls, TextInChurch, etc.
      • Manage supply ordering and inventory for a variety of ministry areas across locations.
      • Assist with coordination and communication across locations for kids and student events (e.g., Family Dedication, Kindergarten Kickstart, Sneak Peek).
      • Assist with ministry volunteer coordination and communications for events and check-ins.
      • Manage event logistics for camps, retreats, and special events, including registration, payments, consent forms, and travel.
      • Coordinate the upload and organization of a variety of content across internal platforms.
      • Maintain database accuracy by creating new profiles and assigning students and families to appropriate groups.
      • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure website and promotions reflect accurate and current ministry offerings.
      • Maintain ministry calendars and contribute to cross-location event planning.
      • Collaborate well with various ministry leaders and departments.
      • Maintain accurate records for budget tracking, event rosters, and volunteer lists.
      • Proactively identify ways to improve ministry systems and communication.
      • Respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours of being in the office.
      • Perform related duties as assigned.
      • Strive to improve personal and professional skills by looking for and participating in learning opportunities.

      Personal Growth
