What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain vendor files in an organized manner
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- Balance accounts payable to the general ledger daily
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure timely payments
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Accounting and Hotel experience strongly preferred
- 10 key by touch
- Type 40 words per minute
- Strong written and oral communication skills
