      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, screen, and schedule direct callers and walk-in customers for individual appointments and group programs
      - Maintain current schedules of staff and rosters of upcoming group programs
      - Manage daily scheduling to promptly notify customers of staff absences and reschedule appointments
      - Enroll and schedule customers in briefs, workshops, classes, and individual appointments
      - Participate in emergency response exercises and execute assigned responsibilities during emergencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED and two years of experience providing administrative support in a medical or social service office
      - Excellent computer skills and proficiency with office automation software
      - Demonstrated experience in scheduling services and customer service
      - Ability to work autonomously and remain detail-oriented under pressure
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft 365

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the FFSMIS system
      - Experience with multi-tasking and multi-line telephone systems
      - Sensitivity and understanding of diverse backgrounds, particularly those of military personnel and their families
