      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, screen, and schedule appointments for callers and walk-in customers for individual and group programs
      - Maintain current schedules and rosters for staff providing appointments and group programs
      - Manage daily scheduling to promptly notify customers of staff absences and reschedule appointments
      - Enroll customers in briefs, workshops, classes, and individual appointments as needed
      - Participate in emergency response exercises and ensure accurate data entry related to services provided

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED with two years of experience in administrative support within a medical or social service office
      - Proficiency in computer and office automation software
      - Experience in scheduling services and providing customer service support
      - Ability to handle multi-tasking and operate multi-line telephone systems
      - General understanding and empathy for diverse military families

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the FFSMIS system
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
      - Previous experience in a military or veteran support environment
