What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pre-register and schedule patient appointments for assigned services with appropriate providers
- Direct calls to the appropriate area for services not provided in Centralized Scheduling
- Receive requests for information and ensure timely distribution of materials
- Schedule, admit, and pre-authorize insurance for all patients in the assigned area
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or completion of a medical terminology program
- Two or more years of experience in a medical setting
