As a centralized support representative, you’ll play a key role expediting the collection process of a claim – making use of Progressive systems and databases to retrieve claim and contact information. Supporting our National Salvage Unit, you’ll research and route documents to proper location in addition to other administrative tasks essential to the salvage process. Must-have qualifications: - High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one-year relevant work experience. - Work or educational experience must include:- Customer service or sales. - Fast paced and changing environment. - Multitasking and time management skills. - Effectively communicating verbally and in writing. - Computer skills. Preferred skills - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle high volume that comes with working in a multifaceted administrative environment - Strong customer service, telephone and follow-up skills Location: Preferred candidates are local to the Cleveland, OH area and will be in office 5 days a week.
