- Delivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location. Prevention Services include:
- Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort
- Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions
- Design and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretching
- Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settings
- Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics
- Office ergonomics
- Health and wellness consultation
- Documentation and reporting on employee encounters
- Regular communication with both client and Select leadership
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
- National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) certification
- CPR certification
- Applicable state license where required
- Master’s degree
Overview
Select Physical Therapy is currently seeking a Full Time Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)/Injury Prevention Specialist in Irvine, CA. This position is for a Certified Athletic Trainer required to be on-site providing injury prevention services for a large employer in a warehouse setting. This will be a split job, 20 hours at our clinic in Anaheim and 20 hours on-site in Irvine.
$1500 Sign on Bonus!
S chedule: M-F
Compensation: Starting at $32-$38/hr (pending experience)
