      The Marketing Operations Manager (HUBSPOT CRM) is responsible for the delivery of world-class customer email campaigns/builds, scope, planning, execution, and reporting. If you are looking to ramp up an email marketing engine, then this is the role for you. In this role, you will be able to spearhead and collaborate directly with cross-functional teams and will be instrumental in executing time-sensitive email and digital campaigns. This person loves email marketing, data, and the ability to target the right persona at the right time through various touch points. Your ability to lead will align your abilities to develop, build workflows, scrub, measure, report, and optimize the lead lists, and provide targeted insights and reporting of trends to stakeholders, KPIs, and metrics that are goal-centric and deliver ROI.

      Main Duties /Areas of responsibility
      • Responsible for customer data quality including accuracy, relevance, completeness, and security of data across the organization.
      • Develop and manage multichannel communication programs and identify added-value communication strategies.
      • Build Email Workflow (automation) through planning and managing contact strategies to support cross-lifecycle audience engagement, lead nurturing, conversion, retention, cross-sell, up-sell, or to reduce churn rates.
      • Consult and report closely with other departments and engage stakeholders to ensure the CRM Strategy and tools are fully embedded across all integrated campaigns and ensure ROI is demonstrated.
      • Take ownership of CRM and Contact Strategies including personalized communications using email marketing, HTML, and Video embedding [and where relevant text-based and site-based messaging]
      • Formulate campaign briefs based on learned knowledge of customer triggers, interests, and behavioural patterns.
      • Build, Evaluate, monitor, and produce reports including KPIs for CRM (and email marketing) strategies.
      • Plan data selection, and segmentation and prepare campaign lists. Ensure the systems can support the data selection required.
      • Improve ROI and customer lifetime value across all campaigns.
      • Drive customer insight through the business and manage consumer research programs.
      • Embed CRM across the brand to improve loyalty and assess opportunities to increase sales.
      • Responsible for all technical aspects of the CRM and email system, to ensure optimization, email delivery, reporting, list generation and service and revenue growth.
      • Superior email marketing and / or online marketing and the planning, creation, and testing of campaigns.
      • Contribute to systems and processes documentation, design and customization, and configuration of CRM Systems.
      • Communicate system changes to users and provides training.

      • Ability to report on meaningful analytics for appropriate growth stages that move the needle.

      • Ability to work to tight deadline dates and support staff at all levels and from other teams.
      • Ability to combine technical understanding with creative skills.

      Technical/Specific experience
      • HubSpot Email Marketing Certified. Certifications in Digital Email Marketing, Multi-channel and Analytical environments are highly desired.
      • Ability to work/communicate to all levels of management and knowledge-based personnel and always keep a professional demeanor.
      • Understanding of interrelationships between Specific system roles in CRM systems and tools, i.e., Salesforce HubSpot, Teradata, and Microsoft Dynamics.
      • Mandatory understanding of data selection experience in TCRM, ARM, Fast Stats, SQL and SPSS, and Microsoft excel above average proficiency.
      • Experience of CRM platforms and marketing automation building workflows, reporting and list management.
      • Experience in the customer journey and funnel development, nurture campaign build SEO, PPC changes impacting collection of leads criteria.
      • Experience in using Web Analytics packages.
      • Experience in database mining, list segmentation, and contact targeting.
      • Proficient in email service (HubSpot, constant contact, etc) providers and HTML creation.
      • Proficient in designing highly engaging emails that are GDPR-compliant, relevant, and converting.
      • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills, including exhibiting professionalism and diplomacy when working with customers.
      • Ability to work both in a project team environment and on an individual basis to achieve mission-critical milestones and goals.
      • Proven experience with coordination of multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and working productively and efficiently under pressure.
      • Ability to occasionally work additional hours beyond regularly scheduled hours as requested by management.
      • Ability to learn and intuitively differentiate between billable and support activities for external client engagements as defined by internal policy.
      • Understanding of the necessity to meet stringent deadlines.
      • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate data and drive actionable data/insight into campaigns, working with large databases for data segmentation and data mining.
      • Experience in database management. Experience in gathering data requirements from users.
