      - Exceptional phone and listening skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in health and welfare services or a related field
      - Familiarity with health and welfare regulations and compliance
      - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
      - Previous experience in a client-facing role
