- Position: Certified Nurse Midwife - Full Scope (Clinic & Hospital Coverage) - Medical Group
- Location: 225 N. Milwaukee Ave, Vernon Hills, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Hours: Rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, nights, and call.
- Required Travel: Various locations
- Providing comprehensive prenatal care, including physical assessments, prenatal education, and addressing the medical and emotional needs of expectant mothers.
- Attending births, assist with labor and delivery, and manage any complications or emergencies that may arise during childbirth.
- Offering postpartum assessments and support, including breastfeeding assistance, emotional care, and monitoring for any post-birth complications.

- Collaborating with obstetricians, neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
- Educating patients about pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care, including family planning and breastfeeding support.
- Maintaining accurate and complete patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and care plans.
- Participating in community outreach and education programs related to women's health and midwifery care.
- Advocating for evidence-based practices and the promotion of natural childbirth options when appropriate.
- License: Advanced Practice Provider (CNM) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required.
- Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area.
- Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) - American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) Required
- Certification: BLS for Healthcare Provider, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (AHA)
- Experience: 3 Years Experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife in a clinical setting preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish highly preferred

Hourly Pay Range:
$57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
