      Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Skilled Nursing Facility

Qualified candidates should have experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility.       Hourly Comp: $19-23.50
      $1 Weekend Differential
      Weekly Comp: $304- $1,000

      POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

      1. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice, treatments, and interventions, specific to position specialty
      2. Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
      3. Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals
      4. Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
      5. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
      6. Ability to deal tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies and personnel, according to position setting
      7. Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.
      8. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential

      CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

      1. 12 months of experience as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
      2. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or license eligible in the state of employment
      3. Certified Nursing Assistant degree from an accredited institution
