Job Description
- Req#: 00585354
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (eating, bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
- Support care procedures including catheter care, sitz baths, colostomy care, and more
- Apply care products such as compression devices and restraints appropriately
- Set up respiratory and cardiac equipment (e.g., oxygen, suction, EKGs, incentive spirometry)
- Function in both CNA and Health Unit Coordinator roles as assigned
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) by the Maryland Board of Nursing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS certification
- 1 year of hospital experience (preferred)

Position Purpose:
The Certified Nursing Assistant works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Intermediate Care Unit to deliver excellent patient care assistance under the supervision and direction of a designated health care professional in accordance with policies and procedures. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Pay rate: $17.89 - $25.04
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
