- Administering occupational therapy treatment.
- Provides patient, family, and caregiver education and training as appropriate.
- Performs patient care duties and treatments based on specific needs.
- Associate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program from AOTA or AOTE or Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a bachelor's or master's degree with certification in occupational therapy.
- Current medical/health screening including 2 Step TB clearance.
- Valid State of Hawaii license to practice as a COTA or license eligibility letter prior to the first day of employment.
- Current Basic Life Support CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) certification through the American Heart Association
