      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Moderate app chat and engage users by initiating conversations related to recovery experiences
      - Identify and connect with referring agencies while enhancing the member resource database
      - Oversee group chats and forum discussions, ensuring adherence to community guidelines
      - Provide 1:1 peer support services and manage a caseload of enrolled members
      - Document member engagements accurately in electronic records and participate in outreach visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Peer Specialist in substance use disorder or mental health recovery in Washington, DC
      - Reliable access to the internet in a private space
      - Comfort in operating smartphones, computers, and software tools such as Microsoft Office
      - Ability to document member engagements in electronic records
      - Willingness to work evening and weekend hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience delivering peer support digitally (e.g., on social media)
      - Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus
