      Position Overview:

      Performs EKG duties and collects blood from neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients following established standards and practices.

      Job Description:

      EDUCATION

      • HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience

      • Other: Completion of a training program for phlebotomist.


      CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

      • CPTI-Certified Phlebotomy Technician I

      • CPTII-Certified Phlebotomy Technician II


      PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

      • 6 months work experience in Phlebotomy

      • Prior EKG experience.

      The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
