      Responsibilities

      Now Hiring a full-time License d or Resident CSOTP Program Coordinator in our Clinical Department!

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide staff and family training and support for the implementation of the cognitive/behavioral program.
      • Provide psychotherapy and CSOTP services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.
      • Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents.
      • Attend weekly clinical supervision.
      • Coordinates multifamily/group/family education groups.
      • On call/weekend coverage, as needed.
      • Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education); Licensed Psychologist; LMFT or LSAT.
      • Must be licensed or license eligible for LPC or LCSW.
      • Required to be CSOTP eligible or CSOTP certified in the state of VA. Preference given to candidates who can provide CSOPT supervision or must be able to be a CSOPT supervisor within 6 months of employment.
      • Combination of mental health experience and relevant education to deliver psychotherapy services to consumers. The required knowledge, skills, and abilities must be documented and observable in the application form and interview and can be verified by additional references.
      • At least one year recent experience with appropriate population preferred
