      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Professionally manage medical cases initiated by telephone, email, and other electronic means
      - Obtain complete case histories and provide detailed diagnostic and treatment recommendations
      - Enter information into the electronic record efficiently and accurately
      - Maintain high levels of customer service and medical record quality
      - Participate in training, professional development, and supporting activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have at least one year of experience as a credentialed veterinary technician
      - Ability to remain calm under challenging circumstances and maintain a professional demeanor
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Proficient in math and dosage calculation comprehension
      - Detail-oriented and able to work in a meticulous, thorough manner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Emergency veterinary medicine experience is strongly preferred
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
      - Enthusiasm for working amidst complexity and change
      - Experience in veterinary practice, poison control center, or university is beneficial
