      Job Summary:
      This job is responsible for managing a portfolio of medium/large projects which enhance Finance systems, processes and solutions across several lines of business (LOB) in compliance with applicable Enterprise and Chief Financial Officer Group policies. Key responsibilities include working closely with the LOB, Change Management, Technology and other partners to execute the project plan. Job expectations include performing day-to-day project activities and being actively involved in the execution of project deliverables.


      The Project Manager leads small-medium projects or portions of larger projects impacting financial systems including general ledger and regulatory reporting environments. Provides inputs for decision-making and identifies issues for escalation to senior leaders. Interfaces with client organizations and supports cross-department coordination and communication – may include LOB Finance and Operations stakeholders, Finance Operations, Technology partners and Vendor personnel.

      Responsibilities:

      • Executes project deliverables while working with various partners and user community

      • Completes required documentation, business analysis, testing, and operational readiness activities within project timelines

      • Identifies upstream and downstream impacts associated with project related changes and/or decisions

      • Adheres to Chief Financial Officer Group's Change Management Governance and Control requirements

      • Requires an understanding of Finance, Accounting, Technology and Project Management

      Required Qualifications:

      • Minimum 2 years of project management and business analysis experience

      • Strong analytical and research skills

      • Attention to detail

      • Data analysis skills

      • Strong written and oral communication skills, presentation to senior leaders

      • Collaborates; builds business relationships across workgroups to deliver consistent quality results

      • Highly organized with strong project/time management skills

      • Ability to balance intersecting priorities and to work independently with minimal supervision.

      • Ability to think critically and offer solutions when roadblocks arise

      • Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, ever changing, highly collaborative environment

      • Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Bachelors' degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

      • Knowledge of Environmental and Sustainability concepts and regulations

      • Strong risk mindset with process and controls background; actively debate and escalate issues and concerns
