    • CHAMPAIGN COUNTY PROBATION AND COURT SERVICES DEPARTMENT

      The Champaign County Probation and Court Services Department is accepting applications to fill the vacancy for a Court Services Officer in the Adult Probation Division.

      Duties may include but are not limited to:
      • Supervision and case management of clients
      • Court report writing and appearances in Court
      • Conducting interviews and assessments
      • Collaboration with providers, agencies, families, employers, schools
      The starting salary is $46,507.50. This position generally requires officers to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm excluding paid Court holidays.

      The starting salary is set by a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police and is not subject to change. Experienced candidates with prior employment as a Probation Officer may be eligible to start at a higher rate of pay based on their experience.

      The qualifications for this position require that the applicant:
