We take this job very seriously and getting even closer to our collegiate consumer continues to be our #1 initiative.

The EMBERs program is a paid internship and insights led initiative that will allow us to have eyes and ears on campus and throughout the city with intel to help us better serve our consumer and build your University brand. What will an EMBER provide? EMBERs are recording the world around them – in this case your campus community and the city you are residing in. An EMBERs goal is to capture apparel and graphic trends on campus and the surrounding area. We want to see the trends through your lens. • Mural Board submissions should be a minimum of 25 diverse pictures uploaded, based on an established schedule, to an Ember specific Mural Board link that will be shared with you at the start of the semester. Information must be presented in an unbiased way. The work will be reviewed and evaluated by an Ember Review Committee (ERC) comprised of Brand PD, Design & Graphics team members who will provide feedback and direction to each EMBER after submission.
      • Images and pictures uploaded will be shared across Champion product and graphic teams and utilized to build product capsules, enhance the current in-line product, and build custom graphic packs for future seasons.

What are the benefits to being an EMBER? An Ember will come away with paid working experience, resume/portfolio development, a comprehensive understanding of the business, career/interviewing mentorship, and complimentary apparel.
