- Help us shape the “why” behind the technology solutions. That means building a “case for change”. Think: Why this? Why now?
- communicate with key stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, developments and challenges and align with their strategic objectives.
- Implement change and engagement activities as needed.
- May lead their own projects as bandwidth and capacity allow.
- Will help assessing readiness for change.
- Will explore why some people are resistant to change and help develop strategies / tactics to overcome anticipated resistance.
- Will help define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Will help develop key deliverables, like communication and materials to help with change implementation, education and information sharing.
- Implements change management tasks while ensuring quality standards, consistency in delivery, and balancing workloads.
- Be challenged to maintain key change milestones and delivery timelines, partner with project managers and product owners.
- Get real-world experience in ensuring change tasks and workstream remain on track by conducting routine assessments to validate progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members on creative methods for stakeholder communications. Execute communications plan for internal corporate-wide and/or department-specific employee communications for employee engagement and/or technology solution initiatives.
- Assist with addressing resistance: Plan and work with change roles to identify and mitigate user resistance. Support change champions network strategy as applicable.
- General understanding and some experience within the change management function
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with project management approaches and integrating change management milestones and deliverables into project plans
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in psychology, Journalism, Corporate Communications, Business, Human Resources, or human behavior field
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) Certification (or interest) is a nice to have
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Experience mentoring team members in change management
- Strong attention to detail

Hourly base pay rate is $23.17 - $34.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
