- At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 6 months of good working experience of SQL
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
We are excited to hire a Change Implementation Analyst for Cerner's Applications Management Services business unit. As a Change Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible to work on configuration tickets or change requests and make build changes in production & non-production domains. You are also expected to work on the production domain, perform an in-depth investigation on the issue and fixing the issues logged by clients. Additionally, you will be responsible to meet client service level agreements and should be able to establish/maintain relationships between Cerner and Client, in order to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution benefits, etc. Besides all these, you should be able to effectively communicate status updates of tasks to appropriate Client contacts. Basic Qualifications:All employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
