      Change Management Junior Consultant - Digital Transformation

      Summary

      Business Process Innovation is a new team and capability which is positioned at the heart of Amadeus Digital Transformation and with the purpose to provide significant impact in the way we design, deploy and monitor the adoption of Amadeus core processes.

      We are seeking a Change Management Junior Consultant to join our brand new team at Amadeus. This role will be instrumental in driving change within the organization, focusing on business process improvements and new ways of working.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Contribute to the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing resistance.

      • Enable the organization to overcome resistance to change and secure the adoption of new ways of working.

      • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and develop tailored change management plans.

      • Support the transformation of the mindset and culture of our business partners around automation.

      • Support the monitoring and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

      • Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring that all change initiatives enhance the customer experience and meet customer needs

      • Support the implementation of change management strategies using the ADKAR framework and state-of-the-art knowledge management best practices.

      • Contribute to the implementation of our framework and ways of working on Change Management leveraging ADKAR best practices

      The ideal candidate

      • First experience in change management, preferably in a digital transformation context.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence within his/her network of collaboration.

      • Knowledge of the ADKAR framework and its application in a business setting would be a plus.

      • A change agent with the ability to drive change and influence others.

      • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

      • Experience in project management would be a plus.

      • Knowledge of customer journey in a digital transformation context and understanding of the lead to cash value stream will be a plus.

      • Resilient and adaptable in the face of challenges and changing priorities.

      • A team player with a collaborative approach.

      • Strong customer orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
