      Change Management Specialist

      The Opportunity:
      As a change management professional, you know how to conduct surveys and gather stakeholder feedback to inform leadership on trends, gaps, and potential outliers for better decision making. You’ll be responsible for formulating change management plans and activities to support our health client’s initiatives and also collaborate across functional teams to implement system- or process-based solutions. You’ll shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and public health clients to develop roll out strategies, focus groups, pilots, technology adoption campaigns and other effective communication methods to meet program goals.

      In this role, you’ll apply change management processes and tools to create strategies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative. You’ll use consulting skills and experience to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports public health data exchange and modernization. You’ll identify and analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and integrate change management activities into the project plan and track and report issues.

      You Have:

      • 5+ years of experience with developing change management plans, change metrics, and analytics

      • Experience with developing change management strategies and executing plans to improve the adoption of new technology products, programs, or policies

      • Experience with writing and editing, verbal communications and communications planning, and adhering to organizational approval and clearance processes

      • Experience with monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on process change performance, coordinating with users, documenting information elicited, and managing process change

      • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, public health analysts, or scientists

      • Ability to provide constructive feedback across system support teams and review technical documentation

      • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

      • Bachelor's degree

      Nice If You Have:

      • Experience in the Public Health field

      • Experience with strategic communications for IT system implementation planning

      • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • Change Management Certification, including Prosci

      Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
