What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply structured methodologies to plan and execute change management activities
- Identify risks and resistance points related to change and support mitigation efforts
- Develop actionable change management plans, including communication and training plans
- Conduct readiness assessments and present findings clearly
- Facilitate discussions with project sponsors and people managers to enhance engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Experience with project management and complex, cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with human-centered design and online collaboration tools
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
