      Job Skills / Requirements

      ABOUT THE ROLE:

      Reporting to the Vice President of Innovation & Transformation, as the Change Management Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind transforming the way we work and think. You’ll blend creativity, strategy, and a bit of magic to lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement change initiatives. Key to your success will be fostering engagement, minimizing resistance, and driving the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives.

      A DAY IN THE LIFE:

      • Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for various projects and initiatives.
      • Identify and analyze key stakeholders and their concerns, and develop tailored communication and engagement plans to address their needs.
      • Create and deliver effective communication materials, including emails, presentations, and workshops, to inform and engage team members about upcoming changes.
      • Design and facilitate training programs to equip team members with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the changed environment.
      • Proactively identify sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address them.
      • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiative and gather feedback from team members to make continuous improvements.
      • Maintain detailed records of change management activities, including progress reports and lessons learned.
      • Perform other responsibilities as required to meet organizational requirements. ­­

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in organizational change management and/or digital transformation.
      • Certification in PMP, Lean, Agile, and/or as a Scrum Master is preferred.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
      • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
      • Proficiency in change management software and tools.

      Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00
