Job Description

- Work with Change Management Lead to define the Organizational Change Management governance model, processes and tools for the SAP rollout in South West Europe
- Act as Change Management Point of Contact for designated Value Streams and enabling teams, partnering on all OCM activities managing proactive relationships, supporting and coaching teams on the OCM agenda, facilitating the identification and management of change impacts and support teams to develop action plans together with impacted Business Units; ensure theoretical change management approaches are translated into practical and simple plans and visible for all relevant owners/stakeholders
- Roll out the process of capturing, reviewing, validating and contributing to program list of change impacts,
document change impacts in the change impacts tracker, and build change action plans for market transition success (e.g Change Management workshops to validate and align on change impacts captured in sprints and
determine Change Management actions needed for adoption). Ensures that all Change Impacts are implemented as agreed as part of UAT and business cutover activities. - Work with Change Management team to execute internal communication plan to maximize engagement across all the different entities and markets
- Review Change Impacts Assessment and confirm impacts have been integrated into training materials to be deployed
- Support the development of the change management plan alongside Change Management Lead to ensure
realistic and deliverable, as well as sustainable post go live in each market - Assist Change Management Lead and Program Management Office (PMO) in creation of materials for key stakeholder events, activities and training plan design
- Experience of partnering and/or executing organisational change in technology implementation projects and/or across markets, and experience in designing and rolling out a Communication strategy
- Ability to facilitate focus group discussions, conduct classroom learning sessions, seminars and workshops
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills supporting complex and diverse teams, with different levels within the organization
- Strong communication, engagement and influencing skills
- Experience of working in multi-functional and multi-cultural teams, and ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse employee groups and stakeholders
- Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills, an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and balance a varied workload
- English language proficiency, Spanish / Italian / Portuguese fluency highly valued

Your mission:
The Change Management role for SAP Program supports the organizational readiness activities of the deployment of the ERP related transformation in South West Europe.
The primary responsibility is implementing change management plans that maximize stakeholder adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. This role will work with Change Management Lead and the project team, with focus on Value Stream Leads, Business Process Owners and project team, interfacing with different levels of management and staff, to ensure adoption, utilization and proficiency of the methodology, processes and tools related to change management, as well as a strong focus on internal communications, to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of business objectives.Job location:
This role can be based in any of our SWE headquarters in the following locations: Barcelona, Madrid, Vitoria, Lisbon or Milan.
