      Position Responsibilities

      • Prepare and conduct onscreen quality overlays, takeoffs, and descriptive narratives
      • Organize team files to ensure Estimators can easily find documents
      • Learn proficiency in the following softwares: Change Order Management (COM), Accubid Change Order Pro (COP), Accubid Live Count, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Oracle
      • Transfer overlays and takeoff information into Accubid Change Order Management program
      • Help Estimators prepare proposals for clients
      • Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in processes
      • Attend technical training sessions and share new knowledge with team members
      • Learn the specific skills you need to advance your career as an Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, or Engineer at Power Design

      Here’s What We’re Looking For

      • 1 year of relevant work experience in change order management or similar
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      • Able to adapt to new technology and systems
      • Accubid, Bluebeam, and AutoBid experience preferred
      • Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced environment
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
      • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
      • Able to provide a high level of customer service
