- Develop and implement strategies to improve channel performance, including identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, account, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Analyze channel performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
- Create and execute a strategic roadmap for marketing analytics in collaboration with key stakeholders, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Support a team of data analysts to meet the diverse needs of a global marketing organization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in channel algorithms and policies.
- Provide regular reports to management on channel performance and suggest improvements.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics at a media agency or on the client side/industry.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective channel strategies.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and derive meaningful insights from data.
