Job Description
- Req#: 545812
- Fabricate, shape, weld, and assemble sign cabinets, along with wiring electrical lighting within signs
- Operate shears, brake, radial arm saw, torches, and a variety of hand tools
- Quickly troubleshoot issues on-the-spot to meet customer quality expectations
- Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project
- Electrical and fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints

This position is based out of our Ashland, VA facility.
Position Summary:
As a Letter Fabricator, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from week-to-week, so each day presents a new challenge and a new opportunity. Our most successful Fabricators have a strong mechanical aptitude, a professional work ethic, the ability to improvise and solve problems, and comfort with the challenges that each custom project brings.
