      Key Responsibilities:

      We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to lead and develop our partner marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through our partner ecosystem, collaborating with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and other key channel partners.

      • P&L Management: Monitor and report on performance to key financial goals.
      • Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute channel marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth across indirect sales channels.
      • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on Channel Partner performance.
      • Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners ensuring alignment with our product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
      • Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement co-marketing campaigns and joint promotions with partners, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue-driving initiatives.
      • Program Management: Oversee channel marketing programs, including partner onboarding.
      • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for channel activities, ensuring effective use of funds and alignment with overall business objectives.
      • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment and execution of channel strategies.
      • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape, utilizing data to provide recommendations and analysis to further drive growth.

      Requirements:

      • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
      • Experience: 2+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing, ideally within the technology industry.
      • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of indirect sales channels and the partner ecosystem, with experience working with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.

      Skills:

      • Strong project management and organizational skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage relationships with external partners and internal teams.
      • Proficiency within Excel and Power BI.
      • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to “join the dots” and drive decision-making.
      • Experience with digital marketing and content marketing.

      For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

      Annual Salary Range: $130,000—$150,000 USD
