      Channel Marketing Manager - Remote United States

      This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of channel marketing activities and programs for Allegion Home and its eCommerce focused retailers This includes the demand generation and promotion of both mechanical and electronic products to consumers. This position will lead creation of new strategic ideas and promote collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals and growth for Allegion. The role includes direct responsibility for marketing , promotions, partner co-marketing, product launches, content and demand generation strategies and execution. The position will partner with a team to create a winning and inclusive culture, focus on engagement, and foster collaborative relationships and partnerships with all internal partners.

      What You Will Do:

      • Develop the marketing program for two select retail partners, both ecommerce-focused

      • Ensure execution of all strategic initiatives, promotions, and programs in partnership with Sales

      • Assist in the development of Marketing strategies in support of strategic vision for assigned channel, ensuring link to business plans and strategy

      • Execute on channel priorities, objectives, and overall marketing plan, including promotions, content, demand generation activities, and any applicable product launch campaigns for assigned accounts or retailers

      • Collaborate with Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Training Team

      • Lead content aggregation, distribution, and optimization within assigned retail account(s)

      • Understand target audience(s) key needs/desires and purchase behavior in their purchase journey

      • For retail line and business reviews, partner with sales team to develop the recommendations for go-forward support plan, which will include the annual marketing plan to support the assortment recommendation

      • Support new product introduction marketing efforts including collateral and/or content development, demand creation plans and communication strategy, retail launch plans and/or training tools and execution.

      • Develop strong relationships with retail partners to assess customer needs, drive alignment of channel marketing budget with key business initiatives, and communicate and prioritize channel needs

      • Support development and management of channel marketing budget, expenses, and forecasts

      • Analyze data to track marketing effectiveness (i.e., promotion, digital) and identify new opportunities or strategies. Build business cases, oversee financial analysis, and gather internal support/approval for various initiatives supporting the channel

      • Represent Channel Marketing in cross functional meetings within the organization

      • Maintain partnerships amongst cross-functional teams such as Sales, Brand and Product by sharing data, updates, and strategy to support marketing related initiatives

      • Understand, analyze, monitor, action and continuously improve strategic internal and external partner KPIs, VOC, competitive activities, trends, etc. for marketing, planning and growth purposes

      • Prepare and create final content, agenda regarding monthly sales calls

      What You Need to Succeed:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, or Business or related field

      • 5+ years of channel marketing or related experience eCommerce marketing experience strongly preferred

      • Strong business acumen with proven strategic account planning and a track record of profitable growth

      • Experience with the implementation of growth and marketing initiatives that lead to stronger market advantages

      • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute/implement on strategic design

      • Proven leadership skills with the ability communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

      • Strong written and verbal communication abilities (able to clearly, concisely share information to appropriate stakeholders internally and externally with appropriate level of detail/context), strong presentation skills

      • Outstanding interpersonal skills and influencing skills at all levels in the organization

      • Ability to travel 10%

      • This position will be remote, but candidate must live within the United States

      Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

      • The expected Base Salary Range: $70,700 – $131,300. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
