      Your role at Baxter

      • This position is responsible for supporting the entire Trace/Chargeback and Dispute Resolution process for applicable trading partners in a timely manner.
      • This is where your strong communication and partnership drives results for the business!
      • This position will be responsible for the timely communication and resolution of all discrepancies related to assigned trading partners. The analyst will work with assigned trading partners on any paybacks related to discrepancies. The analyst must understand and be able to communicate Baxter’s contracting and pricing processes.

      • You'll contribute to Baxter's mission of saving and sustaining lives by working as the key contact for assigned trading partners.
      • This hybrid role reports to the Director of Commercial Operations.

      What you'll be doing

      • Accountable for resolving all errors related to trace and chargebacks, i.e. cross reference errors, PCN errors, etc.
      • Managing the expiration report process- by analyzing the data and presenting information and recommendations to the sales force
      • Responsible for ensuring that pricing between Baxter and Trading Partner are aligned accurately and resolve discrepancies when pricing is out of sync.
      • Ensures Excel or manual trace sales and chargeback information is uploaded into the system to facilitate chargeback processing and downstream reporting.
      • Responsible for resolving any open Account Receivable within a timely manner.
      • Responsible for meeting with assigned Trading Partners monthly.
      • Prepare monthly update for management on open discrepancies, anticipated financial exposure, and outstanding issues.
      • Partner with Pricing and Contract organization to support the price notification process, identify gaps in customer pricing, and facilitate understanding Channel Operations process.
      • Responsible for performing monthly Channel Operations responsibilities such as inactive account process, generating daily reports, and responding to inquiries from the Channel Operations voicemail and e-mail.
      • Accountable for confirmation of new Product adds to the Trading Partners
      • Support Sales Force by processing missing trace requests and alternate distribution forms.

      What you'll bring

      • A Bachelor's degree is required.
      • To perform this job successfully, candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Solid communication skills and interpersonal skills are required.
      • Must demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a matrix environment.
      • Must be a self-starter and have strong attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in the following systems preferred: Microsoft applications, SAP, BW, Syndigo.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $56,000 - $77,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
