Studying and understanding the specification of the device under test
Defining the characterization / verification planning to reach 100% functional coverage
Defining the test specification in closed collaboration with design leaders and product definers
Reporting failures, proposing solutions and following their resolution
Developing and/or running formal characterization / verification setups
Preparing and leading design verification reviews
Mentoring Characterization engineers on characterization / verification methodology implementation
Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.
Experience writing verification plans, creating test benches and automating parameter testing, preparing and presenting detailed characterization / verification reviews.
Experienced in electrical measurements with: Oscilloscopes, Parameter-Analyzer, PXI-Systems, etc.
Basic / advanced knowledge in electrical measurement circuit / setup design.
Basic / advanced knowledge in PCB design.
Basic / advanced understanding of fast di/dt and dV/dt events, and its implications in characterization and measurements.
Basic / advanced understanding of electronic power circuit design, to drive or collaborate in the design for test circuitry and setups, when needed (e.g. CMTI boards).
Thermal measurements: JEDEC standards for measurement thermal parameters (Rth/Zth), time based thermal measurements.
Solid scripting skills (Python, MS Office, Matlab, LabView, C/ C++ / C# ).
Good communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Characterization / Verification Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the design of integrated circuits to ensure the highest quality products and standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, as well as at least one to two years of experience in design characterization and verification. In addition, the candidate must be highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
