      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and evaluate medical record documentation to assign, sequence, edit, and validate appropriate ICD-10-CM and HCPCS/CPT codes for outpatient services
      - Work pre-bill edits daily to resolve coding assignments, charge errors, and missed modifiers
      - Maintain or exceed established productivity standards, clearing a minimum of 75 pre-bill edits daily
      - Perform coding audits for BCC coders to reduce coding error trends
      - Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Completion of a Certified Coding Program
      - Minimum of three (3) years of outpatient coding experience
      - Nationally accepted Certified Coding Credentials (e.g., RHIT, RHIA, CPC, CPC-H, CCA, CCS, CCS-P, or CHONC)
      - Prior experience working with government and commercial payers is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of prior oncology coding experience
      - Prior billing experience with government and commercial payers
      - Familiarity with 3M Coding and Allscripts STAR and TruBridge billing systems
