  Employer is seeking a Chart Research Supervisor ED to join our team.   Responsibilities:
  
  - Supervise and train assigned staff, conduct performance appraisals, and make employment and discipline recommendations.
  - Troubleshoot facilities to enhance team efficiency.
  - Maintain close communication with Coding, Front End, IT, and Client Service teams.
  - Review hospitalist medical records and identify pertinent information.
  - Perform special projects and other assigned duties.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - High School Diploma or GED required.
  - At least two (2) years of experience in handling patient health information and/or medical records preferred.
  - At least six (6) months of supervisory/management/leadership experience preferred.
  - Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and legal aspects of health information.
  - Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) such as Cerner, Meditech, Epic, PICIS.
  - Strong supervisory, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  - Excellent time management, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software skills.
  - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  - Ability to troubleshoot and find innovative solutions.
  - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  - Flexible and adaptable to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  - Ability to communicate tactfully and professionally with diverse personalities.
  
  Base Compensation:
  
  - Base Compensation for this position: $19.23 - $21.63 per hour.
  - Compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
  - This position is also eligible for discretionary performance bonuses in accordance with company policies.
