What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main liaison for all communications and operations related to charters
- Customize special arrangements and coordinate events for charter clients
- Manage guest manifests and all pertinent documentation for bookings
- Handle incoming calls and email communications, resolving any guest service issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless charter experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience
- Group travel experience and knowledge of expedition travel
- Proficient computer skills in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
