Ready to make an impact on globally renowned brands like Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders and Oral-B that millions of consumers can’t live without? Want to gain experience at a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers?
Then apply for a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at Procter & Gamble (P&G), which is a unique 'earn-while-you-learn' opportunity at a top global consumer goods company. This apprenticeship allows you to gain 3 years of business experience while obtaining a fully funded university degree.
What To Expect:
Over the course of three years, you will develop an understanding of four core aspects of running a business: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. This will involve tackling real challenges as part of a larger team. By the end of the three years, the work experience you will have gained alongside your studies will leave you well ahead of your peers with a conventional university degree.
The role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey for 4 days per week, which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office. You will also spend one day per week at University of Kent's London hub where you will study relevant business concepts with apprentices from other organisations.
What You Will Gain:
Responsibilities and Real Work from Day1 – You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.
Continuous training & coaching – You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits – This is a paid apprenticeship; the annual salary for this role is £24,000. On top of this you’ll enjoy lots of benefits like the option to enrol in our pension, discounted P&G products, perks and flexible working arrangements. To find more information about our benefits package take a look here: https://www.pgcareers.com/benefits
Full-time Role - Successful apprentices have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.
Mentoring & Support: - In each rotation you will be assigned an experienced line manager who will provide you with the tools and guidance you need to succeed. On top of this, our “buddy system” allows each apprentice additional support from an assigned personal contact that is available to meet with you for good advice throughout your apprenticeship.
