- Executes the strategy for delivering a service for Chase Travel Concierge
- Understands the value Chase can provide to retail stores of all types, as well as luxury brands, wineries and luxury service offerings and are able to articulate this in pitch meetings
- Negotiates priority access, early access, exclusive access and preferred pricing retail goods and services across many retail sectors
- Uses data to develop a target list and execute against that list
- Looks for opportunities to drive commission for the firm
- Partners with other departments (notably service delivery, marketing, and corporate development) to achieve common goals in the retail space
- Updates knowledge management system with the latest openings, benefits, and access and designs streamlined redemption processes with service delivery in mind
- Manages vendor escalations and suggests process improvements to keep them from happening in future
- Is flexible in hours to enable attendance industry events, openings, and award shows and manages their own time accordingly
- Manages VVIP retail requests internally and externally
- Deep understanding of the luxury retail sector across multiple locations
- 3 years’ experience in strategic partnership building
- 5 years of experience in the luxury retail industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to relate with people or personnel from different units of the company
- Excellent data-driven and structured problem-solving skills
- Expert ability to communicate strategy and execution through verbal and presentation skills
- Understands that networking may require work outside of typical office hours
- Ability to work with or without contracts
- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
- Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work
- Deep understanding of the luxury retail sector across multiple locations
- Experience in luxury retail industry is preferred
- Luxury Retail Experience in elite level retailers, including with one or more of the following is preferred: Luxury Boutiques, Wineries, Personal Shopping, modelling, Jewelers or high-end department stores

As a Luxury Retail Experience Associate in Chase Travel (CTJ), you will have the opportunity to leverage your contacts in the luxury retail industry and your background in partnership building to enhance our retail offerings. In this role, you will stay ahead of the latest retail trends in fashion, design, wine, and electronics, and go the extra mile to secure exclusive benefits for Chase customers. You will use data to build partnerships with the most luxurious and relevant brands, promoting loyalty and spend in the Chase Premium Travel segment. Your experience in negotiating contracts and developing brand partnerships will be crucial, and you will have the chance to network at industry gatherings, conventions, shows, and events.
