- Partner with Area Product Owner and other stakeholders to drive Product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross functional groups including Product, Business Development, Engineering and Marketing to identify key product opportunities
- Acting as data expert to support Product team in answering questions and queries
- Assist internal product teams by providing analytics and guidance to help drive and/or prioritize roadmap with revenue generating enhancements
- Own analysis on new product features and perform cross-client analysis with a focus on re-selling value add products to new clients
- Assist in defining metrics for benchmarking; determine plan to measure, track and report on success for product initiatives
- Assist in UAT of new product features
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with tools to manage IT requests, change management, product, and support processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of communicating and collaborating effectively with stakeholders
- Novice familiarity with utilizing SQL for data retrieval and analysis
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Degree Preferred: BA/BS degree
- Project or program management strongly preferred
- Travel knowledge is preferred but not required
- Marketing knowledge and/or experience is preferred but not required

As a Product Analyst on the Chase Travel(CTJ), you will explore travel, redemption, customer behavior, and product performance data and report on the trends through presentations and recommendations to the Area Product Managers. This position combines collaboration across teams and disciplines with strategic communication to key stakeholders. This objective is supported by an individual with curiosity, innovative thinking, and capacity for technical acumen.
