Main duties of the job
As a Bank Chef at Barchester, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well-balanced menus, while working with residents to tailor the menus to their preferences. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, and creating a warm, efficient and fun environment. You will also be required to work within budget, complete regular audits, manage stock control, and assist in leading and motivating a team.
