The Villa Principe Leopoldo is a 5-star hotel with 37 suites, distinguished by its charm and unique view of Lake Lugano. The first floor of the Villa is dedicated to private events, meetings and receptions and conference rooms for up to 250 people. The jewel in the Villa's crown is the famous Principe Leopoldo Restaurant, while the Principe Piano Bar offers a snack and food bistro, cocktails and a refined range of cognac, whisky and spirits, with live music. For relaxation, in addition to the heated swimming pool, there is the DOT Spa: a space dedicated to wellness.

Deve avere un'esperienza analoga in contesti ristorativi di alto livello, ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina e passione per alta gastronomia, circolarità e ricerca.

Deve essere in grado di muoversi in un ambiente dinamico e molto esigente e deve sapersi integrare in modo ottimale con il team

Qualifiche

Esperienza pluriennale in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente nell'ambito dell'hotellerie di lusso (Relais&Chateaux e/o Gault Millau)
