- Professional production of all dishes according to the current menu of our tapas bar
- Control of the daily mise en place
- Ordering, receiving and checking of goods as well as professional stocking
- Carrying out inventories
- Compliance with all HACCP regulations
- If necessary, training and instruction of employees and trainees in the kitchen
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
- First professional experience in the hotel industry/ upscale gastronomy desirable
- Passion for good food
