      POSITION SUMMARY

      Hotel Cala di Volpe, nestled in the heart of the stunning Costa Smeralda, is renowned for its breathtaking views, luxurious amenities, and unparalleled service.

      Key Responsibilities

      Take room service orders over the phone. Answer questions on menu selections, and communicate relevant informations to the kitchen staff. Place and log call back for room service order. Notify guests and management of delays in service delivery. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Complete all closing reports, including MICROS reports. Process all payment methods. Deliver welcome amenities, serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests as per company standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment.

      Qualifications

      Previous experience as demi-chef or chef de rang;

      Good communication and interpersonal abilities;

      Good proficiency in English and Italian. Additional languages are a plus;

      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

      Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service;

      Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
