- Take charge of meat and fish preparation with expert-level butchery skills
- Rotate through various kitchen sections, stepping in where support is needed
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Support menu planning and mise en place for large functions and events
- Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Mentor junior staff and uphold team morale and discipline
- Solid experience as Chef Tournant or in a similar versatile kitchen role
- Professional background in butchery (meat/fish preparation, portioning, trimming, etc.)
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
- Flexibility, strong work ethic, and ability to perform under pressure
- Previous experience in high-volume catering or banqueting is a strong asset
